*** Before lineups were redistributed at about 7:30 p.m., Michael Roth, South Carolina’s ace pitcher, was in the lineup batting ninth. He would have entered with 15 at-bats. He would have played first base in place of Christian Walker who got hurt in Friday night’s game. He hurt his wrist, but has looked OK during pregame warmups.
